“The Licks are hugely talented. The music they performed went beyond our expectations in variety of music and tastes. At our wedding our first dance was Fly Me To The Moon which they performed at exactly the right tempo of the great man himself. Just as well as that was the speed we’d practiced to! They did 3 x 45 minutes sets for us which we thought would be pushing it vocally but as the evening wore on Sarah pushed herself to achieve among many others the strong vocals of Sweet Home Alabama without an hitch – wow they rocked! During the guitar solos Dan proved himself a match and had the entire dance floor cheering him on for more. At the end Sarah stayed on to extend the iPad playlist to midnight and still kept the floor full. I can only say a big Thank You to The Licks for really making our wedding so memorable. ”

“The night of my event was very hot and humid which I thought would affect audience interest, I couldn't have been more wrong! The Licks were excellent, great vocals and superb instrumentals. My song choices were all performed, all my guests were able to relate to something in the two sets played. Lots of dancing and singing by all, a great night and great entertainment thanks to The Licks. I wouldn't hesitate in booking them again.”

“Sarah and Dan played at The Roebuck in February to kickstart our new live music venture on a Sunday night. And Kick start it they well and truly did! The pub was busy and after hearing them play the start of their set I could see why. Both extremely talented musicians, each song they covered was excellent. Dan's guitar playing was incredible and Sarah's voice was a joy to behold! Not only that, they were really entertaining, having jokes with the audience and also between themselves making it feel really personal and special for all there. I will always remember Dan making up a medley of songs on the spot toward the end of their set and Sarah, without knowing what was next adapting brilliantly and putting on a real show for everyone watching! I hold them in high regard among the musicians I have booked here and would without a doubt book them again! ”
